Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to manage Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and general bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support daily business operations, and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers. Download the complete job posting here.

What you’ll do:

Accounts Payable (A/P):

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into accounting system.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Process check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure timely, accurate payments.
  

Accounts Receivable (A/R):

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Record and apply incoming payments (checks, ACH).
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain customer records and support collections efforts as needed.
  

Bookkeeping & General Accounting:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support management with reporting and financial data as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

🌿 Plant Technician

Our Plant Techs are the backbone of the grow. You’ll get hands-on experience with the cultivation process—from transplanting and watering to plant care and harvest prep. Perfect for someone who loves plants, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn the craft of cannabis cultivation.

What you’ll do:

• Care for cannabis plants through all growth stages

• Monitor plant health and maintain a clean, organized grow environment

• Assist with daily cultivation tasks and harvest prep

✂️ Cannabis Trimmer

Trimmers bring the flower to life for our customers. This role is all about precision, speed, and care. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands, trimming is a great way to start your career in cannabis.

What you’ll do:

• Trim, manicure, and prepare flower for packaging

• Maintain quality and consistency in finished product

• Assist with plant harvests

• Track productivity while working in a team environment

• Cleaning of w0rk areas

Flexible Schedule
We offer part-time and full-time positions with a schedule based on mutual needs. Many of our employees work 4 to 8 hours a day, 3-5 days per week. Positions starting at $18.50 / Hour.
